VHTP has many years of experience in raising public and private funding as well as developing and implementing numerous projects.
So far, public funding has been raised from:
- EU structural funds available to Latvia;
- Norwegian financial instrument and European Economic Area (EEA) financial instrument;
- European Territorial Cooperation programmes.
So far, private funding has been raised:
- Bank funding;
- ALTUM funding;
- Risk capital.
VHTP offers consultations for a fee on the following issues:
- Identification of funding opportunities – We assess clients' needs and select the most appropriate financial instruments.
- Project planning – We support the definition and design of project ideas and concepts, planning the project budget and schedule, as well as recruiting project partners and forming consortia.
- Preparation of project applications and documents – We prepare and submit project applications and accompanying documents, including business plans, cost-benefit analyses, feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
- Project management and monitoring services – We provide administrative project management services, including process coordination, budget control, procurement management (including preparation of procurement documents), coordination among project partners, and preparation of project reports and statements.
