In Latvia, it is possible to adress two European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH) to promote the digital transformation of companies:
Digitalization of products and services
  • Digital transformation of companies and the public sector to create new business models and customer experiences through new digital products. Research and development of new digital platforms, goods and services.
Digitalization of processes
  • Improvement and implementation of digitalization of business processes and e-commerce solutions.
There are differences between the hubs that are essential for entrepreneurs when receiving EDIH services, including the Digital Maturity Test and Digitalization Road Map, and when applying for various support programmes. Accordingly, the test must be completed at the EDIH responsible for the specific field of activity, for example, if the company needs digitalization of processes, then the Digital Maturity test must be completed at the Latvian IT cluster, while if the company plans to develop digital innovations - at the Latvian Digital Accelerator.
